(It's just a background, folks. I'm not gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that.)On Saturday we set up a booth at Pridefest. We handed out a bunch of brocheres and plugged our campaigns. The Henry for Mayor people and the Log Cabin Republicans were also there.

I was there until about 7:45 on Friday but I couldn't find any of the other Libertarians. Maybe I just wasn't looking hard enough. Or they got there later. Sounds like Saturday was the more important day anyway.
And Robert you look absolutely fabulous in that picture.
The vendors had to close at 7pm. We had already been there since noon, so we all left.
We were there Friday night, as well, and from about 10 am until 7 pm on Saturday, too.
It was a great chance to meet people and get our candidates in front of the voters. Wait 'til you see what the "SOUND OFF" board had to say!
Noticeably absent were ANY other candidates, other than 15 minutes of fame and some handshaking from Henry. If they were there, it certainly wasn't a known presence to anyone I talked to.
Easily we handed out over 200 pieces of information about what the Libertarian Party of Allen County is all about and shook at least 3 times that many hands.
MOST IMPORTANTLY we LISTENED to what the community was upset about and told them HOW WE WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
Really, though, it was an awesome time and great showing rom our candidates.

I wanted to thank Doug, Rob, and Rob for showing up it means a lot and you guys handled yourselves phenomenally.
I already sent messages to Jon and Kathleen as well as Jennifer so this post lets me take care of the rest. BTW Kody, we tried really hard to look for you as well and we realized no one had your phone number on them. You were missed but I also wanted to say good job on setting up the IPFW Libertarians blog site so quickly.
