More on Freedom of Speech and "discussing" Child Molesters

It looks like AWB is back in service at:
<http://www.turkette.com/>

He has a copy of an email he received from these people who want the released sexual predators to have more rights then parents.

One part of this email refers to me, imagine that...

According to the email: "And responders are also guilty of hate:"

The person gives two examples that concern comments I left on FortWayneNews.com:

"I think he should be given a speedy trial. I think if he is convicted of a second capital offense, by a second jury, then he should be sentenced to death. I think he should spend a maximum of one year on death row and be allowed ONE APPEAL. If this appeal fails he should be immediately killed.

The portions of this that the person sending the email takes exception to are in bold.

Believe me, I 100% stand behind the above statement and it is not hate speech. I still feel that EVERYONE who is convicted of two separate capital crimes by two separate juries should be sentenced to death. They should spend a maximum of one year on death row. If this appeal fails they should be killed... That is my opinion and I am entitled to it!

Note I feel that way whether the crimes are sex crimes or any other crimes... I think this should apply to all capital crimes.

Yep, that is EXACTLY how I feel...

I do not think this is "hate speech." It is my opinion on how all people who convict two separate capital crimes should be handled...

My second comment is not left in context so I am not 100% sure what I was referring to:

"I still have a pistol and I still volunteer to help our failing legal system...
Mike Sylvester"

I certainly still stand by this comment as well. I do have a pistol and I am willing to help our failing legal system. Here are some ways I would be happy to help our failing legal system with my pistol:

1. If anyone breaks into my house and threatens anyone in my family I will put my pistol to
good use.
2. If a uniformed police officer is in my neighborhood and is in a physical confrontation with
criminals I will be happy to head on outside and help said police officer defend himself with
said pistol.
3. If my neighbors or innocent civilians are being threatened or harmed by criminals I will be
happy to put said pistol to good use.

If more Americans were willing to get involved and actively stop crimes as they occur America would be a much better place.

If anyone thinks that my comments are filled with "hate" or inappropriate please feel free to NOT COME BACK TO MY BLOG.
