VanMeter had not been booked into Allen County Lockup by Sunday evening."

Karen "tough on crime" Richards hasn't met a sex offender that shouldn't receive a lenient sentence. Is this the best we can do in this county? How does a poor excuse for a prosecutor like Richards run unopposed?
I do hope they give her a harsh sentence, and find a good home for the infant.
She probably is not considered a flight risk since she confessed. They would place a lower priority on collaring her than a violent suspect, or a suspect who was likely to flee. They'll arrest her soon, if they haven't already.

She was arrested last Thursday, the NS gives a little more detail.

I see your point, I guess I was referring to the fact it was siblings she was violating and that a child was produced.
I could have used better word choice.
Hi, If this was a man he would have been arrested the day he confessed but it took two months. I don't see why this hasn't hit national news. I think when convicted she should get the stiffest punishment for her crimes! R. M. K.
