Diet, again...

I started another diet on December 1st.

The last diet I started was a miserable failure. I just did not try very hard...

In the first 14 days of this diet I lost 7 pounds. This is fairly normal for me. I have such bad eating habits that it is generally easy for me to lose at least 10 pounds early on!

Starting a diet on December 1 is an amazing demonstration of optimism. Good luck, Mike!

It's not that difficult. Find a good diet, ask City Council to pass an ordinance requiring you to follow it, prohibiting restaurants from selling you non-complying food, perhaps a separate dining area with smaller plates, etc.

Creating healthy lifestyles is what they are about. Let them save you from yourself.

Hey Mike!

I found a great diet for the holiday season - its called major surgery - hehehe....I have lost 22 pounds since November 17! The trick of course, is to keep it off.

Mike, I started Weight Watcher's 8 weeks ago and have lost 35 pounds.

It is a great diet (I use the "flex plan") because you can eat whatever you want....but you do have to watch your portions.

Run for statewide office like you mean it. I lost 30 pounds using this method, and it didn't require me to change the kinds of foods I ate or even to exercise. Took four inches off my waist!
