I saw the story in the Best of the Web Today, too. What got me curious is this: is a copy of Fraser's book, "Carroll," available on-line? I note that the Allen County Teenage Republicans web site isn't very helpful (besides needing work).
Do you happen to know where a copy could be found? What kinds of things did Fraser say that got him expelled?
