#2) I maintain a residence inside of Allen County, Indiana.

#3) I endorse the basic Libertarian value that an individual has the right to life, liberty, property and self defense, and have the obligation to be responsible for their actions; basically, “Don’t hurt people and don’t take their stuff,” and that people have the right to do what they want as long as they do not interfere in the same rights as others.
