Cute. Essentially, it's an electric car that uses air tanks instead of batteries.

I just had a thought. Could a hybrid use it's own exhaust to turn a dynamo?

Seems very possible Rob.
After all, we have been using exhaust to power turbochargers since the 1930s. get a patent on it and sell it to some big 3 car company, and watch how fast it winds up...on their shelves (collecting dust and NOT on the showroom floor.
